Employee Milestone Anniversaries

During the first of many milestone celebrations, we encountered a challenge: the custom gift chosen for the honoree couldn’t be physically wrapped. When my boss asked how we might still present something tangible to the employee, I proposed creating a customized poster. This idea quickly became a company standard, with each 2ft by 3ft poster celebrating the employee’s years of service and highlighting the personal gift selected specifically for them. Unveiled at company meetings, each poster is unique yet visually aligned with our brand, adding a memorable and meaningful touch to every anniversary celebration.
